1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the MyRONKO web application (“App”) operated by MyRONKO LLC (“MyRONKO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
   
   These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyRONKO LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.
   
   
2. Description of Service
   MyRONKO functions as a personal protocol tracking application enabling users to document injectable compound protocols, supply inventory (vials, pens, and auto-injectors), injection history, side effects, and health notes.
   
   
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
   IMPORTANT: MyRONKO is a personal tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or licensed medical service. MyRONKO does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosage guidance.
   
   All content and features in the App are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. You must consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any decisions about your medication, dosage, injection protocol, or any other aspect of your health. MyRONKO LLC is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
   
   Beyond Use Dates (BUDs) and other compound-related information displayed in the App are based solely on data you enter. MyRONKO does not verify the accuracy of this information and makes no representations about its completeness or reliability.
   
   
4. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
   
   
5. User Accounts
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
   
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in a harmful manner.
   
   
6. Beta Services
   Access to MyRONKO during the beta period is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. The app may experience bugs, outages, or data inconsistencies that would not be acceptable in a generally available product. You accept this by participating in the beta.
   
   We do our best to preserve your data, but we do not guarantee that data entered during beta will carry forward to the general release without modification. Before any data migration or reset, we will notify beta users in advance and provide an option to export your data.
   
   There is no service level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or support commitment during beta. Feedback submitted during beta may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution.
   
   
7. Your Data
   You own your data. All protocol data, injection logs, and health information you enter into the App belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You may export your data at any time through the App’s Settings.
   
   By using the App, you grant MyRONKO LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features to you.
   
   
8. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App; (d) use the App to store or transmit malicious code; or (e) interfere with the operation of the App or other users’ access to the App.
   
   
9. Intellectual Property
   The App, including its name “MyRONKO,” logo, design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of MyRONKO LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
   
   
10. Third-Party Services
    The app utilizes Supabase for authentication and data storage, and PostHog for anonymized usage analytics. Your use of the App is subject to the respective terms of these providers. The company disclaims responsibility for third-party providers beyond contractual agreements.
    
    The App may contain links to Ko-fi and other third-party platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. MyRONKO LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites. Optional financial support may be provided through Ko-fi at ko-fi.com/myronko.
    
    
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MyRONKO LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
    
    
12. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyRONKO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH OUTCOMES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF MyRONKO LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
    
    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO MyRONKO LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH MAY BE ZERO FOR FREE USERS).
    
    
13. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRONKO LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
    
    
14. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.
    
    
15. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
    
    
16. Termination
    You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
    
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
