   MyRONKO LLC (“MyRONKO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the MyRONKO web application available at myronko.app and myronko.com (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
   
   This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
   
   MyRONKO is a personal protocol tracking tool. We built it with privacy as a foundation, not an afterthought. We do not sell your data, display ads, or share your health information with third parties.
   
   
2. Information We Collect
   2.1 Account Information
   When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email. We do not collect your phone number, physical address, or payment information.
   
   2.2 Protocol and Health Data
   The App allows you to log injection protocols, compound information, vial inventory, shot history, side effects, mood check-ins, and related notes. This information is entered by you and stored in your personal account. We refer to this as your “Protocol Data.”
   
   2.3 Technical Data
   We collect standard technical information necessary to operate the App, including your device type, browser type, and general usage patterns. We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to collect anonymized feature usage events (for example, that a shot was logged or a vial was added) to help us understand how the App is used and improve it. These events do not include your Protocol Data, injection details, or personal health information. We do not use tracking cookies.
   
   2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
   We do not collect: your precise location, biometric data, financial information, government identification numbers, or any data from your device beyond what is necessary to operate the App.
   
   
3. How We Use Your Information
   We use your information solely to: (a) operate and provide the App and its features; (b) authenticate your account and secure your data; (c) respond to your support requests; and (d) improve the App based on general usage patterns. We do not use your Protocol Data for advertising, profiling, or any
   commercial purpose beyond operating the App.
   
   
4. Beta Status
   MyRONKO is currently in private beta. During this period, we may contact you directly to request feedback, report bugs, or clarify how you’re using the app. Participation in feedback is optional. We may also analyze aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns (which screens get used, what errors occur) to improve the product. This does not include sharing your personal data with third parties. If our privacy practices change materially before or during general launch, we will notify beta users via the email associated with their account.
   
   
5. Data Storage and Security
   Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database infrastructure. Each user’s data is isolated by unique account credentials enforced through Row Level Security (RLS). No other user can access your data. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
   
   While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
   
   
6. Data Sharing
   We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Protocol Data to any third party. We do not share your health data with advertisers, data brokers, insurance companies, employers, or pharmaceutical companies.
   
   Our service providers are Supabase (authentication and data storage) and PostHog (anonymized usage analytics). We do not share your Protocol Data or personal health information with either provider beyond what is necessary to operate the App.
   
   We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of MyRONKO LLC or its users.
   
   
7. Health Disclaimer
   MyRONKO is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All information logged in the App is for your personal reference only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any decisions about your medication, dosage, or protocol.
   
   
8. Children’s Privacy
   MyRONKO is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the account promptly.
   
   
9. Your Rights
   You have the right to: (a) access the data stored in your account at any time through the App’s export feature; (b) delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected]; (c) correct inaccurate information by editing your data within the App; and (d) opt out of any future communications from us.

10. Data Retention
    We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or to resolve disputes.
    
    
11. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
